  3. Proof of Issue: Customers must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.

  4. Return Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

  • No Refunds will be provided for issues arising from customer error, including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer.

    • Typographical errors made during order placement.

    • Providing incorrect or misleading shipping or contact details.

  • Any claim made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
