At Qamash, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take pride in delivering high-quality products, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. We are happy to accept returns under specific, clearly defined conditions, and are always here to ensure your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory.

That said, due to the nature of our customized and made-to-order products, we follow a strict return policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality control.


1. General Return Policy

Returns are not accepted under general circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer at checkout

  • Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics partner delays

  • Minor color or design variation due to digital display differences

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We request all customers to review the product details, size guides, and customization options carefully before confirming the order.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returns will only be permitted in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: Flaws in stitching, printing, or finishing that render the item defective.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received an item materially different from what was ordered.

  • Transit Damage: If the product was damaged in transit and the damage is clearly documented.


3. Return Request Procedure

A return request will be considered valid only if:

  • It is submitted within 48 hours of product delivery.

  • The request is sent only via email to admin@qamash.in.
    Requests made via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media will not be accepted.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue is attached.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

  • The item passes internal quality verification upon return.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Customized products (including personalized prints, embroidery, and tailored designs)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Special orders made specifically at the customer’s request

  • Bulk orders, unless the product fails Quality Control (QC) inspection at the time of delivery and is supported by formal documentation


5. Return Shipping Instructions

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

  • We do not take responsibility for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return process:

On approval of return request we will get the product picked up from delivery address.


6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be processed if the return does not meet our conditions.


7. Final Authority

Qamash reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any return request based on internal investigation and evidence.

  • Withhold or cancel refunds if the return conditions are not strictly met.

  • Discontinue services or order processing for customers who misuse the return policy.

Our decision in all return-related matters shall be final and binding.
