By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both parties and to clarify mutual expectations.
1. General
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such cases:

We will fulfill all available items and notify you regarding out-of-stock products.

You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable item(s).
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

The volume, weight, and dimensions of the items

The delivery destination
Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and are final.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We may accept returns due to change of mind at our sole discretion, subject to the following conditions:

A formal return request must be received within 3 days of item delivery.

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

The customer bears all return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping.
Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns will be refunded as store credit only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 3–5 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Customers must prepay return shipping costs (which will be reimbursed if the claim is accepted).

Claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
If approved, the customer may choose:

A full refund to the original payment method

A store credit refund

A replacement item (subject to availability)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days.
4.2 Dispatch Time
All orders are made to order to ensure product perfection and quality. Consequently, orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Dispatches occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.3 Third-Party Courier Providers
All shipments are fulfilled through independent third-party courier services. While we endeavor to select reliable partners, Qamash (Colors India) shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, damages, or any service failures caused by these courier providers.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that:

Tracking information is subject to courier updates and may not be real-time.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Any claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed parcels must be reported promptly; we will assist in liaising with the courier but ultimate liability lies with the courier provider.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the shipping address are accepted prior to dispatch only.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for such addresses.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using India Post or other postal services. Courier delivery is not available for military locations.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an ordered item is out of stock:

It will be removed from the order.

A refund will be issued for that item.

The remaining order will be dispatched as scheduled.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated transit time, please contact us for an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time, based on updates from the courier partner.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If delivery occurred without your presence, please contact our support team with photographs and order details.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 GST
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST under Indian law.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at support@qamash.in.
Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Insurance & Loss
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Damage Claims
Refunds or replacements will be issued after the courier concludes its investigation and confirms the damage.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If the courier deems the parcel lost following investigation, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly.
